Reservations and your first session
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. You can book directly. If you have reports, X-rays or MRI scans, bring them to your first session.
What happens in the first session?
Your physiotherapist asks about your pain and health history, checks your movement and strength, explains what is causing the problem and starts treatment the same day.
How do I reserve a session?
Use the reservation form to pick a home visit or online session, a date and a time slot, or send us a message on WhatsApp. We confirm by message.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Please message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your session to change or cancel it.
How long is each session?
Most sessions last 45 to 60 minutes, including assessment, treatment and exercises.

About our virtual clinic
What is a virtual clinic?
AM Heal Care does not run a physical clinic. We connect you with qualified physiotherapists who treat you at home or by video call, and we manage your reservations.
Can I contact the physiotherapist directly?
Please keep all reservations, changes and payments with AM Heal Care through our official WhatsApp. Sessions or payments arranged directly with a physiotherapist are not covered by our service.
Can I ask for a female physiotherapist?
Yes. Women are treated by female physiotherapists and men by male physiotherapists, for home visits and online sessions.

Home visits and online sessions
Do you offer home physiotherapy?
Yes. Physiotherapists visit homes across Karachi, including for elderly patients and people recovering from surgery.
How do online sessions work?
Online sessions are guided exercise sessions. You join a one-to-one video call with a physiotherapist on your phone or laptop, who takes you through your exercises and checks your technique. We send the link on WhatsApp when we confirm your reservation. The current fee is shown when you reserve.
How much does a home visit cost?
A single home visit is Rs 2,150. Packages of 7, 10, 15 and 26 visits cost less in total than booking visits one by one. Send us your location on WhatsApp to confirm we cover your area.
What does the therapist bring?
Everything needed for your treatment, such as exercise bands and a portable treatment kit. You only need a quiet space and a bed, sofa or floor mat.
Which areas do you cover?
We visit most areas of Karachi, including DHA, Clifton, PECHS, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and North Nazimabad. See Areas We Serve, or send us your location on WhatsApp.

Treatment
Is physiotherapy painful?
You may feel some discomfort during exercises or hands-on work, but treatment should not cause sharp pain. Tell your physiotherapist and they will adjust.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition and goals. Your physiotherapist gives you an estimate after your first assessment.
Do you work with my doctor?
Share any reports or instructions from your doctor with your physiotherapist, who can follow them and send progress notes if you ask.
