AM Heal Care is a virtual physiotherapy clinic in Karachi, Pakistan. We do not run a physical clinic. We connect patients with independent, qualified physiotherapists for home visits and online sessions. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

• Contact details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number and, for home visits, your area.
• Reservation details: session type, treatment, date and time, package, preferred physiotherapist, pain level and any notes you share.
• Health information: symptoms, medical history, reports and notes your physiotherapist records during your care.
• Website data: device and browser information and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics.

How we use your information

• To reserve, confirm and manage your sessions.
• To share the details needed with the physiotherapist assigned to you.
• To send reminders and follow-up messages.

We do not use your health information for advertising.

Reservations on this website

When you reserve a session, your reservation details are stored securely in our website system so we can hold your time slot and manage your booking. Only authorised AM Heal Care staff can see them.

Your health information

Health information is confidential. It is shared only with the physiotherapist treating you, and with your doctor or another provider only when you ask us to, or when it is needed to keep you safe.

WhatsApp, email and video calls

We confirm reservations by WhatsApp and run online sessions by video call. When you use WhatsApp or a video-call service, that service’s own privacy policy also applies. Please do not send sensitive documents unless we ask for them.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to make the website work. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, and clear cookies at any time in your browser.

Spam and bot protection

To protect our reservation form from spam and automated abuse, we use hidden spam checks and limits on repeated requests, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes device and usage information under its own privacy policy.

How we keep it safe

Our website uses an SSL certificate (HTTPS), security monitoring, spam protection and regular backups, with access limited to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and treatment records for as long as needed for your care and to meet legal requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we do not need to keep.
• Stop receiving reminders or marketing messages at any time.
