About these terms

These terms apply when you use the AM Heal Care website or reserve a session with us. By using the website or reserving, you agree to them.

About our service

AM Heal Care is a virtual clinic. We do not operate a physical clinic. We connect patients with independent, qualified physiotherapists who provide treatment through home visits and online video sessions in Karachi, and we manage reservations and communication.

Independent physiotherapists

Physiotherapists who treat patients through AM Heal Care are independent healthcare professionals. Each physiotherapist is responsible for their own professional conduct, clinical decisions and the treatment they provide. AM Heal Care checks qualifications before a physiotherapist joins our network, but does not supervise individual treatment sessions.

Reserve and pay only through AM Heal Care

All reservations, changes, payments and communication about your sessions must go through AM Heal Care’s official WhatsApp number or this website.

• Please do not contact a physiotherapist personally to arrange sessions, change times or make payments.
• Sessions, payments or arrangements made directly with a physiotherapist outside AM Heal Care are not part of our service.
• AM Heal Care is not responsible for such direct arrangements and cannot handle complaints, refunds or disputes about them.

Medical information

Information on this website is general and does not replace an assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use it to diagnose or treat yourself. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call an ambulance (Edhi 115).

Reservations

• Choosing a time slot holds it for you. Your session is confirmed when we reply on WhatsApp.
• Please give accurate contact and health details.
• We may offer another time if a physiotherapist is not available for your chosen slot.

Online sessions

Online sessions are guided exercise sessions by video call. They are suitable for exercise guidance, follow-ups and advice, but not for every condition; your physiotherapist may recommend a home visit instead. Online sessions are charged at the fee shown when you reserve. We may offer free sessions for a limited time and may change the fee at any time; the current fee is always shown before you reserve.

Cancellations and changes

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice on WhatsApp if you need to cancel or change your session. Repeated missed sessions may mean we ask for advance payment.

Fees and payment

We tell you the fee before you reserve. Home visit fees depend on your area and package. Fees may change, but never for a session that is already confirmed.

Home visits

• Please provide a safe, clean space for treatment.
• An adult must be present for patients under 18, and is recommended for elderly patients.
• A physiotherapist may end a visit if they feel unsafe.

Consent to treatment

Your physiotherapist explains the assessment and treatment before starting. You can ask questions, refuse any part of the treatment, or stop at any time.

Treatment results

Recovery differs from person to person. No specific result can be promised.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Heal Care is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the acts, omissions, advice or treatment of an independent physiotherapist, or from arrangements made outside AM Heal Care.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Pakistan.

Concerns and complaints

If you have a concern about a session reserved through AM Heal Care, contact us on WhatsApp or by email within 7 days. We will review it and, where appropriate, raise it with the physiotherapist involved. We cannot review sessions arranged outside AM Heal Care.
